Welcome!

Welcome to the Columbus Argentine Tango Society (CATS) at OSU. We are an enthusiastic group consisting of students, faculty, and staff of the Ohio State University, and residents of Columbus and nearby areas. We are dedicated to promoting Argentine tango as a social dance, and welcome anybody who wants to dance or learn. If you have questions or comments, please email us at info@tangocats.com.

We are having a Valentine's Milonga! Join us for an evening of dancing, music, and fun on Saturday, February 11, 2006, 8pm-midnight. at Emack & Bolio's cafe and ice cream shop, 945 N. High Street, in the Short North. FREE admission! FREE beginner lesson around 9pm!

Current class schedule:
- Sundays, February 12 - Mar 5: Intermediate (7pm) and Beginner (8pm) lessons, followed by a free open Practica (9pm). All in the Auditorium of the Agricultural Administration Building, 2120 Fyffe Road.
- Wednesdays, February 15 - Mar 8: Advanced Beginner (7pm) and Beginner (8pm) lessons, followed by a free supervised Practica (9pm). All in the Memorial Room of the Ohio Union, 1739 N. High St.
Registration is now open for a fun and exciting Tango Weekend in Columbus, April 21-23, 2006! Join us for Workshops taught by Ney Melo and target="_blank">Jennifer Bratt (New York City/Buenos Aires) and for lots of dancing, including a special milonga with guest DJ Vijay (Ann Arbor).
